Hai,

I tried to access the documentation of RadCombobox, RadToolTip etc. But it is not loading. It is only showing the heading like 'RadToolTip for ASP.Net AJAX'. One search box also there on the page. Nothing else. I tried in IE 8, Mozilla Firefox 3.6, Opera 10.62, safari, Google Chrome.

Thanks & regards,
Regeesh Joseph

Hi Regeesh,

I checked the online documentation and everything is working as expected. Could you please try accessing the Url again?

Hai,

The link you have provided and other documentation links are not working as I exlained earlier. It is showing one javascript error also. That may be the issue.

Hello Regeesh,

The problem could be due to some firewall, websense or antivirus program that is blocking the JavaScript of the RadControls documentation. If you unable to load and use the online documentation even on another machine, my recommendation is to download their local CHM installation from the following link:

http://www.telerik.com/documents/RadControlsForASP.NET.AJAX.zip.
