Hi Friends,
    Can anyone help me solve this problem.
    i am using Grid for Asp.Net Ajax.
   This problem arises for me when i make the Property  AutoGenerateColumns="False".

    I am very glad u replied me..

    but this error got fixed when i used the .dll's given the file
