Hi,

I have a problem with telerik controls design on one of my page. The telerik controls are not seen on that page only for Mozilla Firefox browser, but can be viewed in IE 8 correctly.

I am using the telerik version of 2010.1.415.35. If I use the 2008 or 2011 telerik controls then this problem does not occur.

Please help me on the issue.

Thanks.

Hi Prajakta,

The version 2010.1.435 is quite old and it is always recommended to use the latest version of RadControls. Since you do not experience the problem with the latest version I would highly recommend to upgrade to it.

If an upgrade is not possible, could you please provide more detailed information on the issue, so we can try to provide a workaround for the version you are using?
  • Which RadControls are used in the problematic page?
  • Under which version of FireFox the problem occurs?
  • Could you please provide a sample fully runnable project reproducing the issue so we can investigate it further?
