I just want to find out how to deploy asp website with telerik controls because I've try creating a virtual directory of my website in IIS I used telerik controls but when I try it out it all the telerik controls won't function properly through Localhost but running it inside Visual Studio it was working? need some help....

I guess RadScriptManager's http handler is not properly registered. Please check this help article for info how to deploy in IIS7. Additionally you can check this blog post.
