If you've downloaded the CHM zip package from Telerik there is a document titled "telerik.aspnetajax.radcontrols.introduction.200x.Qx.chm". This document has a section about installing and deploying the RadControls.
I hope this helps, I can't answer your question directly, I haven't deployed our Telerik-enabled application yet. :)

so i follow the document installed trial version of telerik. but i still can't run it. it still giving me an error. is there a video of how to do this? or if anyone knows this step by step i would really appreciate. thanks
i have downloaded the automatic trial install for telerik aspnet ajax q3 2008, installed it. also i have downloaded the manual trial and added the dll into global assembly cache. and i still haveing an issue. it keeps saying Unknown server tag telerik:Rad.....
also i'm doing this on the server so i don't have vs studio install to run gacutil.exe but i can only add it to the windows/assembly folder.

Hello Duy,
Generally, you don't have to install the controls on the production server in order to host an application that uses any Telerik control(s). In addition, the Telerik assembly might not be added to the GAC. You just need the controls' assembly in the application BIN folder and properly configure the IIS settings for the application. The most common problem when deploying an application that uses the Telerik controls is the missing embedded webresources. For details on how to resolve that issue please refer to this help article.
If this is not the case, please try to provide more details on the exact problem(s) you have. It will be helpful if could send a live URL where the problem could be observed.

I'm not quite sure how to get the assembly in the bin folder and where to copy it to. Do you mean when i download the telerik zip file, i have to go into bin folder and copy the telerik.web.ui.dll into the c:\windows\assembly?
can you be more specific? And i also check for the .axd extension in IIS6. the file was there. the only thing i didn't check was trying to create the WebResource.axd and where do i save the file to? please help me. thank you.
