Hi,

We had purchased RadSpell recently and have been using it for SpellCheck in our project. We are now ready to move to the test server. Our Development team says that we need to install the RadSpell in the server? I thought if we just copy the DLL we should be okay. Please let me know.

Thanks

Selva

Hi Selva,

You should copy the Telerik.Web.UI.dll.dll to the bin folder as well as make sure that the TDF dictionaries of the spellcheckers are copied to the App_Data/RadSpell folder. You can see this article for more info: http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/spell_gettingstarted.html

More detailed information is available under the Installation and deployment section in the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX help.

Greetings,
