What exactly happens when you set WorkDayStartTime and WorkDayEndTime might be hard to notice at first, so we have included a description for those properties in the demo:

Setting WorkDayStartTime and WorkDayEndTime causes RadScheduler to apply the rsNonWorkHour class to days that do not fall in the specified range. You can customize the appearance of non working days with the following css selector:

.RadScheduler_Vista .rsNonWorkHour { background-color: #f5fcff; }

Thanks for the info.

It appears that not all skins set the background colour of the rsNonWorkHour class which is why I didn't see the consequence of setting both values.
