Can you please inform me how can I remove soem items from FormatBlock. I'm using RadEditor 5.3.2. I want to remove Directory list
Menu list, Formatted, Address items from dropdown. I'm using these editor in MOSS. I want to achieve this throung ToolsFile.xml

Also you should know that in order to set the paragraphs collection in RadEditor for MOSS, you need to modify the respective ToolsFile.xml or ListToolsFile.xml, which are located in the Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\wpresources\RadEditorSharePoint\5.3.2.0__1f131a624888eeed\Resources folder.
