Custom Text or Image

Hi guys,
I would like to know if it is possible to draw a custom text or an image on the chart. Like the example below:

Hello,

Unfortunately, RadChart does not support free text at arbitrary place. Still, every chart element provides Appearance settings, allowing you to set an image as a background. You can find more details in the following help topics:
