Hello Dayana,
Since version Q1 2009, components in the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX suite use a different CSS format for skins. You can review, for example, RadGrid's modifying existing skins / creating new skins online help topic with details on what steps to take in order to create a custom skin, along with the changes the CSS structure has undergone since Q1 2009 for that particular control. Most controls in the suite have similar help topics in their sections from the documentation under category Appearance and Styling. The topics describe the skin structure and CSS classes for the respective control.
