[Solved] custom skin not getting applied

I have made a custom skin and registered it using :
http://www.telerik.com/help/radcontrols/aspnet-ajax/?ModifyingExistingSkins.html

But my custom skin does not apply to the control.
 Is there something missing?

I closed my VS and reloaded
