Custom Progress Area Template - Programmatic

Hi,

I'm trying to create rad upload control's progress area template programmatically. I create all my controls dynamically.

I already checked the documentation for custom template creation. I followed that.
I tried but it's not working.

Could you please provide some sample code for this?
