Custom Filtering on Rad Grid

Hi All,

I am using Telerik New Rad Grid for Ast.net Ajax version Q2 2008.
I want to do a custom filtering on my grid column.
actually i want  a combo box on grid header for filtering the value.

How can i do that ?

can anybody show me the complete example for this.
please suggest me..
