In IE6, the custom command button does not appear in the titlebar. Instead, it's below the other commands. It manages to get stuck under the dock content. Is there any way to get the command back on the titlebar?

Before proceeding I just need to know whether you are using any skins - if yes, with which ones do you reproduce the issue? With all of them? Looking forward to your reply.

This occurs with the Outlook skin and the Office2007 skin. I haven't tried any others.
