How can i give different customs colors to docks like i need dock1 color is red and dock2 color green like that....

Hi Nagesh,
The simplest way to give different look to every dock is to use different Skins. Set the Skin property to the name of the built-in skin and the styling of the dock will be changed. To explore the 14 embedded skins visit RadDock's online demos: http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/dock/examples/default/defaultcs.aspx
Additionally you can create a custom skin as shown in the following help article: http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/dock_appearancetutorialcustomskin.html.
