The manager in my company purchased the radcontrolss for asp.net for ajax, however I am the only developer using it.(we only have one developer... me ;-) )
Is there something I need to do in order to be able to create a support ticket?

Hello Kevin,
Tell your manager to add your account as a developer to the license. In the meantime you can download a trial version and thus receive a limited free support.
