Couldn't relaod a .tiff image through the image manager

I am using Version 5.5.2.0 of Rad editor in my application. I can uplaod a
.tiff image to the application using Rad Editor Image manager.But I couldn't insert this image to my content area of the editor through the image manger.
All other images of extension .gif,jpg etc are working properly.
Please help me.

Could you please, open a support ticket and send the problematic TIFF image file? I will test it and see what is causing the problem.
