(1) Could we use Line RadChart (in RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX Q2 2008) to draw chart as Line_Graph_Group_SubGroup_On_X_Axis.jpg ?
(2) Could we group Year and Term on X axis ?

Hello Lee,
RadChart fully supports Line chart type (see online demo here) but unfortunately we do not provide grouping functionality for axis values so it would not be possible to achieve the desired grouping appearance.
