Could not load type 'Telerik.Web.UI.RadCompression'

Hi telerik team,

In my application telerik controls loading time very slow .so while searching  for improvement i found to overcome by RadCompression. i m using 2008 Q2 Original version.one of the forum suggested to use 2008 q3 or later to implement RadCompression so to try i downloaded ASP.NET_AJAX_2009_1_402_trial   and replace new dlls with existing .even though i m getting same problem like
Could not load type 'Telerik.Web.UI.RadCompression'  .  i search in net i found this url

but it couldn't solve . and also pls provide good articles for fine tuning and rapid speed up application.
