Hi Rony,
we are planning to create a skinning tutorial for RadWindow.
As presently we do not have guidelines for creating skins for Prometheus controls, I would like to ask you to send us the FW file, or simply a gif file, and we will create the skin for you.

Hi Rony,
It is best to open a new support ticket and send us the file as an attachment there along with a reference to this forum thread.
Please log in your Client.net account and open the support ticket from the My Support Tickets section - for convenience I attached a screenshot of the link's location.

i can not create support ticket because i using trial version of this product.do you have any alternative way?

Hello again Rony,
The message that you see is just a note which says that you have a trial user account. Click on RadControls "Prometheus" for ASP.NET and then on the "New Support Ticket" button which is right next to "RadWindow "Prometheus" for ASP.NET". A new support ticket form will be opened and you will be able to send the files as attachment.
