Over the past few weeks we've started to experience our controls freezing up on our users (eg. when you click within the RadEditor to begin typing nothing happens). We've found that re-uploading the following files unfreezes them:
Telerik.Web.UI.dll.refresh
Telerik.Web.UI
Telerik.Web.UI.dll
but it's starting to occur quite frequently (1-2 times a day), is there any reasoning for this?
possibly an issue with the refresh file? we do use the controls over a fair few pages (maybe 20-30)
PS. we're using the Q4 2008 AJAX controls

Hi Matthew,
The problem could not be due to the refresh file because Visual Studio uses it only to see where the dll reference points to. You can safely delete the Telerik.Web.UI.dll.refresh file in your production environment.
Could you please see whether there are some javascript errors when the issue happen? Could you provide a public URL where we can check the problem and examine it? Is it also possible to open a support ticket and send us a sample working project that demonstrates the freezing behavior?
