Hello,
For some clients browsers, I have a problem of header column shift.
See the attached images . The data is shifted one column to the right.
Have you any idea ?
Many thanks
Bernard

Hi,

Could you please elaborate a bit more on the matter? Which are these client browsers? When the data is shifted - on initial load or after postback? Do you manage to replicate the issue in any of our grid demos:
http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/grid/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx

In the ticket info Telerik UI version that is pointed is Q3 2014. Does the problem persist only with this version of the controls?

Hi Pavlina,
Thank you for the answer
I understand it is not easy with so little information
First, only one customer has this problem and I've never been able to reproduce it.
The last installed version of Telerik (there is one month) is the 2014.1.603.35
The browser is IE. and complicate, it is not systematic shift.
The problem is "on initial load"
I forwarded the URL to the client demo. As soon as I return, I will forward it.
thank you
see you soon

Hi,

May I ask you to download the latest Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX version (Q3 2014) from your account and let me know if the same problem still persists. A live URL and the problematic grid declaration will also help to investigate the reason behind this issue. Also please specify which is the version of IE browser in which the problem can be observed and does this mean that the column headers are not shifted in other browsers.

Hello Pavlina,

I've upgraded the ASP.NET AJAX version to Q3 2014  and it seems that the problem doesn't persist any more..

So thanks for your help.
(and Happy New Year celebrations...)
