Client-side scrolling on Gantt chart

I was trying to enable client-side scrolling on a Gantt chart, while I got the following error:

"Gantt series is not supported with client-side scrolling and zooming enabled"

I couldn't find anything about the error in documentation.  Is there any alternative ways to display a long Gantt chart instead of client-side scrolling?
