Is there anyplace where I can find a list of all the javascript functions I can use with different controls without looking at the demos? I would just like to keep a reference.

Hello Andrew,
Unfortunately we do not have such common document in the online help, however under each individual product you will find Client-side API reference or Client-side programming chapter which lists all available methods/properties/client events for the respective control.
