Hi, Here is my code:

clicking on ID in the grid is actually giving me a popup to call in Iphone. it works fine in desktop and Android.

Hi Neetha,
Please refer to the answer in the other ticket that you have opened regarding the same issue:
On a side note, for both side convenience, please try to avoid opening duplicate tickets in the future.
