help article shows how we can test the size of a file using the "OnClientProgressUpdating
" event of the RadProgressArea object.
Given that the actual file size limit is set in the web.config file using the maxRequestLength attribute, wouldn't it be better if this value were used in the called function? OK, I'm guessing that this isn't a value that would, by default, be available in the client-side code, but I'm willing to bet that, server-side, you know, or have access to this value, so you could set it as a client-side property of the RadUpload object.
Just a though.
