Checkbox in radgrid

i am having checkbox in rad grid and i have implemented the pagination for rad grid. When i select few check box form page 1 and click few check boxes in page two. When i come back to page 1 again, all the check box are unchecked..

When i try get the selected checkbox. only the existing page, selected checkbox value i am getting not all checkbox value from all pages
