I'm attemtping to use the rad chart control in a web page an continue to get the message "The Chart http handler is not registered. Please manually add the following line to your Web.Config httpHandlers section: <et cetera>" I've ensured that the http handler line is indeed in place and has the correct version and key information. (I've also made sure that I don't need to add it to the <web.Servers> section, as it's not using Vista or IIS 7 compatibility. I've tried adding the web.servers section just for kicks, but with no luck.) Is there any other reason that this error might show up, or anything else I can look for to get this problem fixed?

Hello Kris,
Can you send us an example of this (attached to a support ticket)? Usually, this is caused by incorrect http handler registration and we are not currently aware of any other reason causing this message to appear.
