We have a requirement to display different activities on a single horizontal row/bar with different color for each of the activity. The activities can occur multiple times during a day and have a start time

Is there a chart type suitable for and are there any examples.

Hello Chandan,

At present, the required layout is not supported. You can use one of the available chart types, and style some of the elements, simulating the required layout. More information on this option is available in the following topic:

Other than this, there is no easy way to accomplish the exact scenario which you mentioned.
