we are using Telerik rich text editor (RadEditor, version 2014.2.724.40), character count and word counts are displaying wrongly.
upon prefilling the data to the editor is adding few more character (Space/carriage return) at the end.
can we know how to address this?

Hi,
There are already logged items on the reported issues and you can refer to them for further details and possible workarounds:
- Statistics module does not count correctly words under Firefox and IE
- The RadEditor Statistics module counts words and characters incorrectly when CSS styles are added directly in the content area
If the case is different from the logged ones, please provide some more details about the steps and the content used, so that I could reproduce this locally.
