For a panelbar, changing the background color of the child items' hover doesn't seem to work. Also, changing the border color has the same problem. I clicked update but no change.
If I'm doing something wrong, please let me know.

Hi Conrad,
Thank you for reporting this problem. There are some issues with the fine-tuning interface, especially if there are multiple backgrounds. I'll look into them and will update them on regular basis - they are mostly caused by the different handling of CSS stylesheets in different browsers. The next update will address some of them - it should be live by the end of tomorrow.
