Hello is it possible to change the name of tabs "Day", "Week" and "Mounth" in the radscheduler?

You can set the following properties to change the tab view names:

Localization-HeaderMonth - changes "Month"
Localization-HeaderWeek - changes "Week"
Localization-HeaderDay - changes "Day"

Hi again, and is it possible to change the start and end date on mounth view ?
For example : on mounth dates show only between 8 and 18

Hi Frederico Fernandes,
You can not change the start and end time of the month view. However you can set different CSS style to some dates. Please take a look at this KB article for an example.
