Change RadFilter Design and others

HI!
I need somes changes in RadFilter:

- change the radfilter desing such as the atttach image. Is possible this? the client need the filter like this.
- Change the options AND/OR/ANDNot /ORNot by:
                  - delete Andnor and OrNot
                  - Change And ad OR text by other such as: Matching All and Matching any.
- remove "add group" button.

You can try the following approach in the following forum thread which explains the needed approach.
RadFilter. Prohibit some boolean operators in filter expressions.
AND, OR,NOT AND,NOT OR in Radfilter.
