Hello Nitin,
If you are using fine tune for RadDock, to create a new skin, it will be possible to change the CSS values of the CSS and HTML elements - border, text-color, background-color of the HTML element itself. For example, if you are using Fine tune and change the TitleBar background, it will only change the background color behind the the text string, but now the background color of the whole dock header. The Dock backgrounds are built with sprite images, and in order to change the sprites, you could use the Colorzie tab in Visual Style Builder, where you could choose between two options: Colorzie - to choose a base color, or Shift Colors where you could edit HUE/SATURATION. Once you save it and download the new skin, the sprite images will be changed and you will have a brand new skin.
Another option is to Tutorial: How to Create RadDock Custom Skin using software like Adobe Photoshop or similar. The provided tutorial explains in detail how to do that. It is more complicated than using Visual Style Builder, but you will have much more control over the changes you want to do.
