Change mouse cursor from arrow to hand

How do i change the mouse cursor for the menu so that  it is a hand when the user hovers over a menu item rather than an arrow?

Add the following CSS in page in order to change the cursor style on hovering menu item.

CSS:

    cursor:hand !important;
