[Solved] Cannot Set Reference to Telerik.Web.UI in project

I'm creating a website that references the Telerik.Web.UI succesfully -- that is to say that I can use the imports Telerik.Web.UI code at the top of the code modules associated with the web page.  The solution associated with the website has two projects associated with it.  However, I cannot set a reference to Telerik.Web.UI for the projects in the solution.  If you select the project and try to add a reference to it, it does not appear on the list of items to which references can be set.  Similarly, you cannot add Imports Telerik.Web.UI to any of the classes in the project. 

I'm using VS2008.   Is there a reason for my inability to add this reference?

Please browse to the installation location and choose the appropriate assembly from the bin35 folder.
