Hello,
I have downloaded RadControls_for_ASP.NET_AJAX_Manual_2008.2.1001.zip
and unzipped it. But I can't read help, because when I try to open  file
RadControlsForASP.NET.AJAX.chm
I get   "The page cannot be displayed" message. How can I fix that?
Thank you
Evgeny

Hi eugen100,

Can the reason for the error you encountered be the one discussed in the following KB article? Try the solution suggested in it and let me know whether this helps.

Hello, Stephen,
Thank you for you for your answer. Unfortunately this article didn't help me (both methods).
Also I see that in previous version of the help I have also file RadControlsForASP.NET.AJAX.chw
that is absent in the current version.

Hi,
I think that it's some issue of security. I was trying with this directory and changed its location to root of C. Then I succeeded to see the help and chw-file was created.

Eugen-

Happy to see you found your answer. Security settings on your local system seem to have prevented your access to the docs. For reference, you can always access the complete and up-to-date Telerik help docs online at this location:

Hi Eugen,

What I would like to add is the following blog post describing how to troubleshoot CHMs on Vista (you didn't mention your OS so I am guessing this might be the problem):
