[Solved] Can't use plus (+) for node name?

When using the node text editing demo page (it does the same in my application) and try to rename/edit a node that has a plus (+) character in it I get an error. In IE I get an unspecified error while in FF I get an "invalid qualifier +".

Here's how to reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.telerik.com/DEMOS/ASPNET/Prometheus/TreeView/Examples/Functionality/NodeEditing/DefaultCS.aspx
2. Change "Fiction" to "Fiction++" (press Enter)
3. Change "Fiction++" back to "Fiction"
