Can`t remove Breaks in the Track Change mode

Hello,

 

Please check the following:

In the demo:

Set cursor after last word "browsers.". Then click Shift+Enter (break) one or several times. Then click BackSpace. 

BackSpace will remove last dot, but not a breaks.

Thank you for the detailed report.

This behavior is a known limitation of the Track Changes functionality in Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX. It is related to how the editor handles structural elements like <br> and <p> when change tracking is enabled.

There are two existing feedback items that closely match the issue you are encountering:

• Improve the Backspace behavior to delete empty paragraphs when Track Changes is enabled
• Track changes - Hitting Backspace at the beginning of the current line removes character from previous line

We encourage you to subscribe and vote for these items to help increase their visibility and priority. Unfortunately, there is currently no workaround or scheduled fix for this behavior, as it has not been widely requested so far.
