can't get radajaxpanel.activeElementID for page scrolling

Hello,

I would like to scroll my page back to the top after clicking a button on the bottom of my page and doing some processing.
I try to put a radajaxpanel on the top and follow these intructions:
http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet/ajax/ajxpanelscrolltotop.html

But it seems i can't find activeElementID property of the radajaxpanel.
Any idea?
