I got an error message trying to install SP1, RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX, saying I must remove previous versions. So I sam trying to remove them.
In Vista control panel AddRemovePrograms I see:
RadCalendar v2.2
RadMenu v4.4
RadUpload v2.4
RadWindow v1.9
When I try to uninstall I get Error 1001.
How can I Uninstall these old Telerik programs?

Hi John Davis,
We have not been reported with this error for quite some time now and the versions of the controls you listed are pretty recent, which is really strange. Have you by any chance removed/moved/deleted any of the files/folders of the originally installed files from installshield? If this is the case we suggest you to move the files/folders to their original location. Another possible solution is to use the the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility that is offered by Microsoft to uninstall the controls.

Thank you for responding. After rebooting the old Telerik programs no longer appear in the AddPrograms window of control panel. And I was able to install the new version.
