Can I use Rad Scheduler and Rad Tooltip concurrently?

Hi,

My scenario is this, I have a Rad scheduler binded on a generic list.  I want a functionality that whenever I hover on a particular cell item on the scheduler it will show a popup of the details of that particular item.  Can I possibly achieved this via Rad tooltip?

I am using this example and am running into this error every so often:

Error: Sys.InvalidOperationException: Two components with the same id 'clt04_RadAjaxPanel1' can't be added to the application

I only have one defined and this happens intermitently.. when it does, for some reason the tooltip appears in the main page appended to the bottom.. Also around the same time I get this:

Error: Sys.webforms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: Invalid JSON primitive: .

Any ideas?
