When I check for new versions in "Upgrade Wizard" it show me the next error:
"Error retrieving latest version information."

Hi Javier,
Can you ensure you use the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX 2010.1 309? It could be that our webservice got down during your check for update. Can you check again, please?
Could it be that you don't have permissions to access a webservice located on the Telerik website from your computer? Can you load the following url in your browser and let me know the results, please?
