I read the Grid control can do caching on clientside for better performance. How much caching is done? How many pages or rows?

Hello Asad,

I have answered to the support ticket open on this matter. Here is a quote of the answer:

Thank you for contacting us.

When client-side caching is enabled, RadGrid will store the start row index, maximum rows (not actual rendered rows), sorting and filtering expressions and will retrieve them from the cache automatically on subsequent client-side refresh. For further information please refer to this online help article (Client-side caching section).

I will suggest you to examine this online help topic devoted on this matter.

Let me know if other questions arise.

If you do not mind we will continue the communication in the started support thread on this issue in order to avoid duplicate discussions. In this way you will be in touch how the resolution of the problem goes.

Best regards,
Georgi Krustev
