I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask or not. I'm using the Telerik Ajax controls as much as possible, but I've run into something I'm trying to do that I've seen other websites do. Is there a way to modify the querystring from the server side using ajax when a button is clicked?

A good example of this is on the website move.com. Do any search and on the next page on the left hand side, if you change a criteria, it updates the querystring and the grid using ajax.

Ok, nevermind, I must be tired or something. Because the page is already loaded and the page is redirected to itself, it appears as though it's using ajax, but in reality it's only redirecting to itself causing another page full page load. Since it's the same page and graphics, it loads pretty quick.
I don't believe this is even possible.
