I'm new to Telerik and would like to create a Dashboard and have no idea which controls to use or where to begin. I've search other software but implementation is very confusing. Any help or pointing me in the right direction would be awesome. Maybe samples. I'm using the ASP.NET AJAX components

IMHO, you may be able to find some 3rd party dashboard software, but it will ikely be difficult to customize to your needs. You may need to built it from scratch. Most dashboards have "guage" type data visualization controls. I don't believe Telerik's ASP.NET Ajax charting controls contain these at this time, though it may be in their future plans. If you are able to implement SIlverlight, then Telerik's Silverlight controls suite does have these (http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#Gauge/Gallery/RadialScale)

You can also use the Silverlight controls in ASP.NET apps together with RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. Here is a demo and a blogpost with details on how to do this.
