Whenever the RadScriptManager is used in a page that also contains a RadCodeBlock it appears that code within the RadCodeBlock will not run. If I use the standard MS AJAX ScriptManager all is well.

Even if I remove the RadCodeBlock any code within the <script></script> tags will not run.

I tested this on a non-sharepoint site and everything seems to work as expected. For some reason on SharePoint this is not working correctly.

Hello Robert,

Are there any javascript errors when this problem occurs?

No. There are no errors at all. The page executes as if the code is not even there.

Hello Robert,

Is there any way we see this problem? We are not aware of any issues of RadScriptManager and sharepoint. Could you see your script rendered in the output of the page?

I have no way of showing it to you since this is internal to our network.

But the scripts all being rendered to the page correctly. I checked through FireBug and everything was there. It just was not running.

I want to use the RadScriptManager to take advantage of the script combining.

Well if it works on your end then I guess I need to come up with another approach. Other than me sending you a sample project (which works as expected since its not a sharepoint site) I am not sure what else to do.

Thanks for the quick replies though.

Hello Robert,

You can just paste here the code block. Perhaps it would shed some light.
