Did you clean the MS Word formatting when pasting the Word content in RadEditor?
Can you please open a support ticket and send us your test Word docx file so that we can reproduce this problem? Please, also specify which RadEditor's properties that apply to content stripping you have set and provide steps to reproduce the problem.
