Black Skin: Image is vertically aligned to TOP

When I use the ImageUrl property for the Black skin, the image is vertically aligned to the top and I can't seem to fix it.  For other skins, the image is correctly aligned.  Also, on the black skin, there is a big gap between the image and the menu text in IE 7.  In Firefox, it displays correctly without the gap.

 Has anyone found a way to correct these issues?

Please find attached a modified version of the RadMenu Black skin that will solve the issues that you describe.
