I tried to put a bmp image in the radToolBar, but I didn't see how to set the transparent color of the image. (The image have a pink background that I don't want to see).

Hello Sébastien,
In Web images with transparent backgrounds are just GIF or PNG images with transparency. No browser supports BMP with transparent backgrounds defined by a dot in one of the corners. You can use your favorite image editor to remove the pink background and convert the image to GIF or PNG8 with transparency and then use it in RadToolBar.
